Job summary

Dwelly is seeking a Senior Lettings Manager to lead branch performance across people, portfolio growth, customer service and commercial results. This role covers the Oadby, Battersea (London), and Stamford locations, offering a clear pathway from single-branch leadership to multi-branch regional roles as the business scales.

You will drive local execution of group initiatives, embed new ways of working, and ensure successful adoption while building high-performing teams and strong landlord

Qualifications

• People management experience across hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Proven ability to land new ways of working and lead teams through change.
• Strong relationship management and landlord retention skills.
• Deep understanding of the lettings cycle with sales and commercial acumen.
• Experience in developing and implementing commercial pricing and fees strategies.
• Experience building B2B sales partnerships and referrals.
• P&L literacy with budgeting and cost control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach lettings and property teams to high-performance levels.
• Translate central strategy to local execution and drive adoption.
• Grow landlord base and manage retention with proactive issue resolution.
• Own the local P&L, budgeting and branch performance accountability.
• Coordinate operations with central teams to maintain service quality.
