Dwelly is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage a front-line lettings team (Tenant Find, Property Management, Payments) across multiple branches. You will own the day-to-day delivery, hit key metrics, and travel regularly between branches in the Midlands and North West, with quarterly visits to London HQ.

This hands-on leadership role requires building processes, rolling out new technology, coaching a growing team, and ensuring service quality for landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-growth startup, scale-up or tech-led operation.
• 1+ years leading front-line teams of 5 or more.
• Experience using data to set priorities and diagnose problems.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Own daily delivery and the numbers across Tenant Find/Property Management/Payments.
• Lead and develop a team, balancing support with autonomy.
• Ensure quality and customer experience across branches and landlords/tenants.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new tools and AI-enabled workflows.
