Dwelly in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader to manage a front-line team across Tenant Find, Property Management and Payments, ensuring daily delivery and metric targets across multiple branches.

You will coach 2–6; scale to 6–12 as we grow, rebuild processes, roll out new technology and AI-enabled workflows, while maintaining high service standards for landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-growth startup, scale-up or tech-led business, or in a high-volume operation.
• 1+ years leading front-line field, branch or customer service teams of 5 or more.
• Experience using operational data to set priorities and diagnose problems.
• Works independently and makes decisions without complete information.
• Adapts quickly to new technology and drives adoption.

Responsabilités

• Own daily delivery and the numbers across Tenant Find/Property Management/Payments.
• Hit and beat key metrics daily and weekly.
• Run the daily operating rhythm and unblock negotiators in real time.
• Lead, coach and develop Letting Negotiators/Property Managers/Financial Analysts.
