Job summary

Darlows Estate Agents in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking a Lettings Branch Manager to lead the lettings team, drive growth and ensure exceptional landlord and tenant service. You will coach staff, oversee KPI performance and develop opportunities to increase market share.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on compliance and the ability to build lasting client relationships, while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or higher.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Ability to develop business plans and drive KPI performance.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building with landlords and tenants.
• Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team meetings and drive performance.
• Coach team to achieve KPI targets and manage performance reviews.
• Develop and progress team members through mentoring and training.
• Generate new and repeat business through landlord and tenant relationships.
• Coordinate viewings, negotiate tenancies and manage offers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across the branch.
