Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior Legal Operations leader to own the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of AI and enterprise legal tech. You will drive cross‑functional alignment with IT, InfoSec, Procurement, and Finance to ensure security and architectural fit.

You will lead change management programs, train teams, and build scalable content and dashboards to monitor contracts, legal spend, and strategic insights.

Formación

• 7+ years in global Legal Operations within a large tech enterprise, leading AI implementations and CLM redesigns.
• PM experience: cross-functional programs, Agile methods, and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows, privacy systems, and legal tech automation.
• Strong communication bridging IT requirements with legal business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead evaluation, implementation, and BAU of AI and enterprise legal tech solutions (CLM, e-billing, Front Door, Legal Chatbot).
• Coordinate with IT, InfoSec, Procurement, and Finance to align with enterprise architecture and security.
• Deliver change management programs, training, and content to enable scalable adoption across the legal team.
• Create operational KPIs and build dashboards using in-system tools, Tableau, and GCP for real-time insights.
• Manage budgeting, intake, renewals, and subscriptions for legal tech and education services.
