Job summary

Omnea is seeking a talented Legal Operations Manager to run a 3-6 month project and build scalable legal systems. You will own contracting workflows, templates, and the legal tech stack, partnering with Go To Market, Finance, Security and Procurement to accelerate deals and ensure compliance.

You’ll be a hands-on contributor with a systems mindset, capable of driving efficiency, designing playbooks, and managing external counsel and vendors across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal operations at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Excellent project management and process design capabilities with a systems mindset.
• Strong bias for automation and ability to translate metrics into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own contracting workflows end-to-end from intake to signature and storage.
• Build and roll out templates, playbooks, and self-serve legal resources.
• Own and optimise the legal tech stack including CLM, e-signature, and AI tools.
• Track and report on legal KPIs, matter volumes, and external spend.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and vendors, including budgeting.
