Job summary

Lawyers On Demand is seeking an Interim Legal Operations Lead / Legal Tech Programme Manager to drive the rollout of a new AI platform across a global legal function.

You will lead governance, KPI reporting, and change management, coordinating Legal, IT, Finance, and external vendors, delivering broad adoption across international teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Legal Operations experience within an in-house legal environment.
• Proven track record delivering legal technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with change management, training, and user adoption programmes.
• Comfortable working autonomously across global teams and jurisdictions.
• Experience with legal AI platforms is advantageous but not essential.
