Job summary

Arch Capital Group Ltd. in London seeks an experienced Learning Experience Designer to design, deliver and optimize LMS-enabled learning solutions. You will manage projects, support LMS administration, and partner with HR and business leaders to deliver engaging programmes that support development across the organisation.

The role combines instructional design, learning technology administration and programme management, with opportunities to shape learning strategy and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Training functions.
• Experience administering an LMS and producing learning reports.
• Experience designing digital learning content using authoring tools.
• Experience coordinating learning programmes from concept to delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret learning data.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM standards.
• Proficiency in Adobe apps and Articulate Rise 360/Storyline.
• MS 365 suite, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LMS-enabled learning resources (e-learning, videos, job aids).
• Translate business requirements into effective learning solutions with SMEs.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Administer LMS, user support, reporting; track pathways and progress.
• Provide regular learner engagement insights and programme effectiveness data.
• Build relationships with HR, leaders and SMEs; conduct needs analyses.
• Coordinate learning programmes from planning to delivery and evaluation.
