Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement innovative learning solutions across digital, blended and performance support formats.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps and identify effective solutions.
• Define and evolve learning design methodologies, standards and frameworks.
• Establish governance approaches that ensure consistency, quality and scalability.
• Evaluate, pilot and implement new learning technologies and AI tools.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the learning technology ecosystem.
• Apply human-centered design to improve learner experiences.
• Develop learning solutions using media including eLearning, simulations, video and audio.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and branding guidelines.
• Use learning analytics to demonstrate business impact.
• Coach and mentor instructional designers and learning professionals.
• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders across the UK, Europe and US.
• Manage multiple complex projects through the full learning lifecycle.
