Job summary

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking a Senior Learning, Development, and Business Support Officer to join the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent team. You will help develop staff by managing learning and development programmes, supporting recruitment, and overseeing training budgets and providers.

The post is based at one of several Welsh locations, with hybrid working: two days in the office and three days at home. Welsh language capability is desirable.
