Job summary

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council's Schools and Culture service is recruiting a MIS Senior Operational Support Officer in Aberystwyth. You will be the first point of contact for learner and administration queries for Hyfforddiant Ceredigion Training, and you will enter learner information into MIS and e-portfolio systems, while supporting management and teaching staff.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication and numeracy skills, and proficient ICT use.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and numeracy skills with strong ICT experience.
• Organised, methodical and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Welsh fluency on appointment and ability to liaise with partner organisations.

Responsibilities

• Enter HCT learner information into MIS and e-portfolio systems.
• Provide operational support to management and teaching staff.
• Create social media posts and promotional materials using information provided.
• Manage the HCT website and liaise with Awarding Organisations.
