Job description

As a Senior Learning Designer, you will lead a small team and manage your own workload. This role is suitable for someone with prior management experience and a strong background in learning design.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Learning Designers and Junior Learning Designers to create high-quality, engaging, and innovative blended learning programs for QA’s core products and bespoke courses tailored to client needs.
  2. Assist the Senior Learning Design Manager with daily operations of the Learning Design team and escalate project risks proactively to mitigate challenges.
  3. Design and develop blended learning programs for QA’s products and client requirements.
  4. Create storyboards and scripts for digital learning content, applying learning design principles to enhance learners’ skills and knowledge.
  5. Ensure the quality of your team’s work aligns with course requirements, style guides, and manuals.

About you:

  • Experience in line management of learning or instructional design teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within set timescales and budgets.
  • Proven success in designing and developing digital and face-to-face learning programs, preferably in a learning design role.
  • Strong knowledge of educational theories and instructional design principles.
