About the role

Working in a lively and busy content production team, you will be writing and developing online learning for a diverse range of clients. You will be involved from kick off through to delivery on both custom and ‘off the shelf’ projects with the space to be creative and apply new ideas and technologies in the field of learning.

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

Work with a wide variety of subject matter and adapt it to be appropriate to the target audience

Rewrite this content into learning solutions

Work with Subject Matter Experts and research topics independently

Attend meetings with clients and present ideas

Create and maintain project documentation

Brief other team members where required

Provide regular updates to project managers

Take ownership for the quality of the finished product

Build e-learning using development tools where required

  • Education: You’ll hold a bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 (or higher) classification.

  • Communication: You’ll demonstrate excellent listening and questioning abilities to consult effectively with stakeholders and subject‐matter experts.
  • Technical Engagement: You’ll be comfortable engaging with complex, technical, or unfamiliar subject matter and distilling it for others.
  • Learning Curiosity: You’ll have a genuine interest in how people learn and in applying best practices to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Project Management: You’ll be adept at juggling multiple projects concurrently, consistently meeting tight deadlines.

  • Tech & Media Awareness: You’ll keep abreast of emerging technology and media trends to inform your work.
  • Travel Flexibility: You’ll be willing to travel as needed, including occasional overnight stays, to support client and project needs.
