Job Description:

The Senior Learning Experience Designer (LED) will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality language learning experiences, employing learning and human-centered design principles together with innovative technologies. The role involves creating end-to-end learning processes, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation. The LED partners with product teams and stakeholders to design holistic learning solutions that meet organizational and business objectives.

The Role:

The LED should have a passion for cutting-edge technologies in education, with a strong background in digital learning materials and experience in language learning, both as a learner and instructor. Flexibility across functions and cultures, effective communication, and managing remote freelance teams are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather and develop requirements for new learning solutions.
2. Create and review learning materials and assessments across platforms.
3. Use data to evaluate project outcomes and suggest improvements.
4. Hire, train, and manage freelance writers and editors.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
