Raytheon UK is hiring a Training Analyst to support the design, development, and assurance of effective training solutions. You will review training and technical documentation, ensure data accuracy, and identify gaps to enable impactful learning. Hybrid role across UK sites.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, experience with training requirements, and the ability to manage multiple projects within structured processes. BPSS/SC clearance eligibility is required.

Formación

• Experience analysing complex technical and/or training-related data.
• Experience working with training requirements, learning objectives and courseware development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Effective communication with multiple stakeholders to gather technical information.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse training requirements, including Learning Scalars, TOs, EOs and KLPs, to support effective training design and development.
• Maintain training data standards, governance, repositories and tracking systems, ensuring accuracy, traceability and compliance.
• Review and validate source data, references and supporting documentation against training requirements and learning outcomes.
• Identify data gaps, risks, assumptions and dependencies, and assess data maturity, completeness and readiness for development.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to validate findings, resolve queries and support analysis activities.
• Contribute to reviews, workshops, governance activities, metrics reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comply with Raytheon UK and customer policies, including Environmental, Health & Safety requirements.
