We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant. You will design and facilitate impactful interventions and experiences to support senior leadership teams, increasing their performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role allows you to connect deeply with clients’ businesses to facilitate team journeys that yield innovative solutions. It also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your contribution:

• Translate customer needs into holistic leadership interventions and programs.
• Design customized and blended leadership development programs on various topics.
• Leverage existing building blocks to create new programs and organizational interventions.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with clients.
• Co-create game-changing team leadership development journeys.
• Apply organizational change management approaches and tools.
• Facilitate confidential, results-oriented coaching sessions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• University degree (Bachelor), preferably in Social Sciences; Master’s degree is desirable.
• Certification from a recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, CCL, EMCC, CTI).
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance.
• Strong business acumen with experience working with senior leaders and developing effective cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in designing and facilitating team meetings, content, and materials.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
• A growth mindset and willingness to build expertise in key focus areas.
