We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate meaningful interventions to support senior leadership teams, increasing their performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role involves connecting with clients, developing tailored leadership programs, supporting leadership initiatives, and providing executive coaching.

Your contribution:

  • Translate customer needs into holistic leadership interventions and programs.
  • Design customized leadership development programs on various topics.
  • Create new programs and organizational interventions using current building blocks.
  • Build professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-create impactful team leadership journeys.
  • Apply organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience; University degree in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience leading and managing teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders.
  • Proficient in designing and facilitating team meetings and content.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key focus areas.
