We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner to join as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant. You will design and facilitate impactful interventions to support senior leadership teams, increase performance, and shape culture.

This role involves connecting with clients' businesses to facilitate team journeys that yield innovative solutions, as well as supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your contribution:

• Translate customer needs into leadership interventions and programs.
• Design customized leadership development programs.
• Create new programs and organizational interventions.
• Build professional relationships with clients.
• Co-create leadership development journeys.
• Apply organizational change management approaches.
• Facilitate confidential coaching sessions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience
• University degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred
• Certification from a recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF, CCL, EMCC, CTI)
• Experience leading and managing teams, fostering collaboration
• Strong business acumen and experience with senior leaders
• Skilled in designing and facilitating team meetings
• Experience with leadership assessment tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Growth mindset and willingness to build expertise in key areas
