We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner to join as Senior Leadership Development Consultant. You will design and facilitate impactful interventions to support senior leadership teams in increasing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with clients’ businesses to facilitate team journeys that yield innovative solutions, along with supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating customer needs into leadership interventions and programs.
• Designing customized leadership development programs on various topics.
• Creating new programs and organizational interventions leveraging current building blocks.
• Building professional relationships with clients.
• Co-creating transformative team leadership journeys.
• Applying organizational change management approaches and tools.
• Facilitating confidential, results-oriented coaching sessions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred.
• Certification from recognized coaching bodies (e.g., ICF, CCL, EMCC, CTI).
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong business acumen with experience working with senior leaders.
• Skills in designing and facilitating effective meetings and content.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strategic engagement capabilities.
• A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key areas.
