Senior Leadership Development Consultant (100% remote in Europe)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant to design and facilitate impactful interventions supporting senior leadership teams to enhance performance, productivity, and culture.

This role offers the opportunity to connect deeply with clients' businesses, facilitating team journeys that lead to innovative solutions. It also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your contributions include:

  • Translating customer needs into comprehensive leadership interventions and programs.
  • Designing customized, blended leadership development programs on various topics.
  • Leveraging existing building blocks to create new programs and organizational interventions.
  • Building productive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
  • Applying in-depth knowledge of organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience, with a university degree (Bachelor) in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and achieving project goals, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience working with senior leaders to develop effective cross-functional teams.
  • Skills in designing and facilitating effective team meetings, content, and materials.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key focus areas.
