We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant. You will design and facilitate impactful interventions and experiences to support senior leadership teams, enhancing their performance, productivity, and shaping organizational culture.

This role allows you to connect deeply with clients’ businesses, facilitating team journeys that produce innovative and impactful solutions. It also involves supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating customer needs into comprehensive leadership interventions and programs.
• Designing customized, blended leadership development programs on various topics.
• Utilizing existing building blocks to create new programs and organizational interventions.
• Building productive, professional relationships with clients.
• Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
• Applying knowledge of organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience and a university degree (Bachelor) in Social Sciences; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in leading teams, achieving project goals, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high performance.
• Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders to develop effective cross-functional teams.
• Skills in designing and facilitating effective team meetings, content, and materials.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strategic engagement.
• A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key focus areas.
