We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant. You will design and facilitate impactful interventions and experiences to support senior leadership teams, increasing their performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role allows you to connect deeply with clients’ businesses, facilitating team journeys that produce innovative solutions. You will also support leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating customer needs into holistic leadership programs.
• Designing customized and blended leadership development initiatives.
• Leveraging existing building blocks to create new programs and interventions.
• Building professional relationships with clients.
• Co-creating transformative team leadership journeys.
• Applying organizational change management approaches and tools.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience; university degree (Bachelor) in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills to achieve project goals and foster collaboration.
• Strong business acumen, experience working with senior leaders, and developing cross-functional teams.
• Skills in designing and facilitating team meetings, content, and materials.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strategic engagement abilities.
• A growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise in key focus areas.
