Job summary

Certes is seeking a Senior Digital Talent Partner in Greater London to lead complex recruitment campaigns and advise senior leaders. You will own the most challenging searches end to end, map the market, and approach candidates directly rather than waiting for applications.

You will build credible pipelines in specialist markets, partner with senior leaders to sharpen briefs, and develop hiring strategies. You will coach a small team and drive improvements across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Personally mapped markets and built credible pipelines in engineering, AI, data, cyber, product or digital delivery.
• Adjusted strategy when a plan wasn’t working (advert, channel, timeline or profile).
• Advised senior hiring leaders and challenged unrealistic expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead hardest searches end to end with direct approaches.
• Partner with senior leaders to sharpen briefs and hiring strategy.
• Build pipelines for recurring workforce needs and talent pools.
• Provide honest market insight on availability, location and rewards.
