Senior Lead, Talent Acquisition: Role Overview
You will play a key role in shaping Personio’s business functions across Europe, focusing on recruiting top sales and marketing talent. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive growth in our Sales & Partnerships and Marketing teams.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and execute our Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with Personio’s growth, focusing on Sales & Partnerships and Marketing.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers, partnering with other leaders in TA.
Enhance employer branding to make Personio a recognized brand across Europe.
Manage daily recruitment activities for Sales & Partnerships and Marketing teams across Europe, improving processes to attract top talent.
Partner with Sales & Partnerships and Marketing leaders to meet hiring goals.
Establish team metrics and KPIs, monitor hiring activities, and promote continuous improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends and provide relevant insights to leadership.
Implement initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within recruiting, collaborating with internal communities and D&I teams.
Role Requirements:
Extensive talent acquisition experience with leadership responsibilities, supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
Experience supporting the DACH market is required.
Proven success in scaling and leading teams with a focus on growth and development.
Deep understanding of sales and marketing roles, skills, and market trends.
Willingness to lead by example and hands-on involvement.
Strong stakeholder management skills to influence all levels of leadership.
Ability to use data effectively to drive performance and change.
