I am very excited to recruit an ATS Project Manager for a global organisation based in the heart of London. This role is a rare opportunity to look under the bonnet of a very high-performance talent acquisition function from an HR technology perspective, reviewing, improving, and driving change for the applicant tracking system (ATS) and its tie-in with the HR system (HRIS). The role will focus on a tier-1 ATS product, an AI (artificial intelligence) platform that feeds into the ATS, as well as the data, reporting, and insights function within the TA team across a 12-month fixed term. This role is perfect for a recruitment technology expert with a strong background and understanding of the talent acquisition function. Stakeholder management skills, talent acquisition operations and processes, as well as strong ATS experience, are essential.
Key Responsibilities
The role offers a competitive package of up to £80,000 p.a. on a 12-month fixed-term basis + bonus and benefits. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy. If you’re interested in this role and would like more information, please apply and contact Anton Blades at Frazer Jones via [emailprotected] with any questions or to have a confidential discussion about your job search. We are recruiting heavily within the HRIS space so are super keen to speak with you even if the above role isn’t the perfect match or what you’re looking for. Let’s pick up a conversation.
