I am very excited to recruit an ATS Project Manager for a global organisation based in the heart of London. This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into a high-performance talent acquisition function from an HR technology perspective, focusing on reviewing, improving, and driving change for the applicant tracking system (ATS) and its integration with the HR system (HRIS). The role primarily involves managing a tier-1 AI-powered ATS platform, overseeing data, reporting, and insights within the TA team over a 12-month fixed term. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in recruitment technology, stakeholder management skills, and experience in talent acquisition operations and ATS systems.
