Job Description:

I am very excited to recruit an ATS Project Manager for a global organisation based in the heart of London. This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into a high-performance talent acquisition function from an HR technology perspective, focusing on reviewing, improving, and driving change for the applicant tracking system (ATS) and its integration with the HR system (HRIS). The role primarily involves managing a tier-1 AI-powered ATS platform, overseeing data, reporting, and insights within the TA team over a 12-month fixed term. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in recruitment technology, stakeholder management skills, and experience in talent acquisition operations and ATS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ATS configurations, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
  • Conduct user training for a global talent acquisition team on ATS and AI platforms.
  • Streamline recruitment workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure systems meet business needs.
  • Lead the integration of new TA technologies, including training sessions.
  • Provide data-driven insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop recruitment reporting metrics, including DEI metrics, and create dashboards to track performance and trends.
  • Utilize Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

The position offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum on a 12-month fixed-term basis, plus bonus and benefits. The role supports an agile and hybrid working model, providing autonomy.
