Job summary

You will influence product design and operational processes, act as a subject matter expert, and promote enterprise frameworks across the SDLC while maintaining resilience and security standards.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in one or more programming language(s).
• Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and governance within teams.

Responsibilities

• Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to project teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews code written by others.
• Drives adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices with measurable validation standards.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation to improve value and delivery speed.
• Drives decisions influencing product design, functionality, and operations.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in one or more focus areas.
• Contributes to the engineering community by promoting firmwide frameworks and practices.
