Job summary

Network IT is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Birmingham with a flexible hybrid model (2 days in-office weekly). You will build strong cross-department relationships, run workshops, and translate As-Is processes into To-Be designs to enable effective change.

The role requires experience in complex organisations, knowledge of BA methodologies, and delivery approaches such as Waterfall and Agile. A relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building strong, strategic relationships across departments and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Leading workshops and visioning sessions to support strategic thinking and IT alignment.
• Analysing and documenting As-Is processes and designing To-Be processes to enable effective change.
• Applying best-practice business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, stakeholder mapping, and options appraisal.
• Supporting organisational readiness for change and ensuring benefits realisation.
• Promoting innovation by identifying new opportunities, methods, and technologies.
• Maintaining high standards of communication and collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
