Job summary
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer, Cloud Platform, to design and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions within the Corporate AI and Machine Learning Data Platforms team.
You will help drive data-driven decisions, enable responsible innovation, and mentor engineers across cloud tooling and DevEx initiatives. You will lead modernization efforts, govern AI-assisted practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform roadmaps with business
Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Hands-on cloud provider experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven leadership in cloud platform and DevEx initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to the cloud engineering team.
- Lead design and development of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Drive DevEx practices and evolve CI/CD tooling.
- Govern AI-assisted engineering practices and secure coding standards.
- Define platform roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with development teams to remove bottlenecks.
- Implement real-time telemetry for observability.
- Promote self-service workflows for developers.
- Standardize AI-assisted coding tools and MCP integrations.
