Job summary

CoreWeave Europe is seeking a Senior Specialist Field Engineer to lead customer engagements, establish Kubernetes-based HPC solutions, and drive PoC initiatives from onboarding to optimization. You will work across data centers and customer workloads, influencing product direction with field insights.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, stay ahead of Kubernetes and cloud trends, and occasionally represent CoreWeave at conferences, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud infra roles with Kubernetes focus
• Strong cloud architecture and design experience
• Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Familiar with GPUs and HPC networking (NVIDIA, Infiniband)

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, focusing on Kubernetes in HPC
• Collaborate with customers to design and deploy tailored solutions
• Lead proofs of concept to demonstrate value of CoreWeave's solutions
• Drive technical leadership in meetings, workshops, and reviews
• Contribute to product roadmaps with insights from the field
• Prototype and drive R&D for emerging products
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences with occasional travel
