Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Specialist Field Engineer to lead technical engagements with customers, architect solutions, and drive value across Kubernetes, networking, and HPC workloads. You will work hands-on from onboarding to PoCs, shaping deployments and optimizations while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

You will stay current on container orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and GPU-accelerated workloads, with travel for conferences and customer engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture/Field Engineering within cloud infrastructure or HPC.
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts and ability to design scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, building strong relationships around CoreWeave's cloud offerings.
• Lead PoC initiatives to demonstrate value in customer environments.
• Guide onboarding, optimization of workloads, and ongoing technical alignment with customer goals.
• Provide input on product strategy and architecture based on customer feedback.
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences and events with occasional travel.
