Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to join a 24/7/365 team, supporting GPU-based HPC cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-powered workloads. You will mentor engineers, resolve complex customer issues, and improve processes across global time zones.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, researchers, and on-call rotations to ensure high availability and optimal performance, while developing training materials and onboarding resources for the team.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and provide guidance to improve technical skills.
• Deliver real-time feedback and QA on tickets to improve quality.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for faster issue resolution.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-impacting issues with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with clear, empathetic communications.
• Help design troubleshooting playbooks and best practices for rapid resolutions.
• Lead knowledge-sharing efforts—docs, tutorials, and how-tos.
• Act as escalation point for high-priority cases and complex issues.
