Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Specialist Field Engineer to lead customers through their lifecycle, from establishing Kubernetes environments to PoCs and workload optimization. You will drive technical leadership, secure Kubernetes workloads, and tailor solutions to client needs while collaborating with security and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions architecture for cloud/HPC with Kubernetes security.
• Experience with RBAC, admission controllers, container security.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contributions to open-source inference frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead PoCs and onboarding of customers.
• Secure Kubernetes workloads across multi-cloud environments.
• Develop tailored solutions aligning with customer needs.
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences; travel as needed.
• Collaborate with security/engineering teams to improve product.
