Senior Knowledge Lawyer – Bristol

A global law firm is looking for a Senior Knowledge Lawyer to help shape how its lawyers learn, share know how, and work smarter. If you enjoy mixing legal expertise with creativity, collaboration, and problem solving, this could be a great fit.

What you'll be doing
  • Helping steer the firm's knowledge strategy and supporting its global rollout
  • Creating and updating precedents, templates, checklists and other practical tools
  • Leading legal training, webinars and podcasts for both lawyers and clients
  • Working directly with clients on learning and content projects
  • Coordinating knowledge initiatives across different practice groups
What you'll bring
  • Around 8+ years' PQE (as a Knowledge Lawyer/PSL or a fee earner ready for a knowledge focused role)
  • A genuine interest in knowledge, innovation and legal tech
  • Strong drafting, research and communication skills
  • The ability to explain complex issues simply and clearly
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and building relationships across the firm
  • A proactive, organised approach and comfort juggling multiple deadlines
  • Experience supporting legal teams and understanding client needs
  • Insurance/litigation experience is a bonus, not a requirement
