OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Kitchen/Operations team member to provide high standards of food and beverage service, manage stock, and ensure compliance with food safety policies. You will lead a team, conduct inductions, and participate in weekly client meetings to meet contract requirements.

The role requires rotating shifts starting 07:00 and weekends on a 1 in 3 basis, with responsibilities spanning ordering, cost control, record-keeping, and staff supervision.

Formación

• Experience in managing catering teams and delivering service to high standards.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and maintain high quality food and beverage service within budget.
• Order foodstuffs from nominated suppliers and manage stock levels.
• Prepare and present dishes to required standards; ensure compliance with Food Safety System.
• Keep accurate records of sales and complete required business paperwork.
• Attend client meetings, lead team briefings, and support training and appraisals.
