Job summary

Simon Acres Group is seeking an experienced Design Consultant/Mentor to sell and design kitchen renovations across the UK. You will meet homeowners in their homes, recommend tailored kitchen solutions, and manage the project journey from consultation to delivery.

In addition to sales, you will mentor Graduate Design Consultants, develop product knowledge and leadership skills, and participate in a structured development programme with clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen design or home-improvement sales experience.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design consultations to understand customer goals and propose tailored kitchen solutions.
• Prepare simple kitchen designs using company training and systems and present pricing.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain customer communications.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Mentor Graduate Design Consultants and share best practices.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
