Job summary

Simon Acres Group is seeking an experienced Design Consultant/Mentor for UK-wide kitchen renovations. You will conduct in-home design consultations, tailor solutions to clients’ goals, and mentor Graduate Design Consultants while developing toward leadership.

You'll benefit from pre-qualified appointments, a strong earning potential with £70k-£75k OTE in the first year, and a base of £35k-£40k plus uncapped commission, with London weighting where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the kitchen design or home improvement sector.
• Consultative sales approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel across the designated territory.
• Good IT skills and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design consultations and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare straightforward kitchen designs using training and systems; present products and pricing.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and follow-up activity.
• Deliver and exceed monthly sales and performance objectives.
• Mentor a small group of Graduate Design Consultants and share best practices.
