Simon Acres Group seeks a Kitchen Designer for a West Midlands showroom role. You will design and sell kitchens, guiding customers from initial consultation to final design and sale, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions and excellent service.

The role offers a competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus uncapped commission, with showroom hours and the chance to work with a well-established, customer-focused kitchen design business in a high-footfall showroom.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Designer
• Winner CAD experience preferred
• Strong sales ability and customer focus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Independent and able to manage workload

Responsibilities

• Design and present kitchens using CAD software (Winner preferred)
• Manage the full customer journey from consultation to design completion
• Provide expert advice on layouts, products and finishes
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
