Job summary

Insight Select Limited is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer in Tonbridge to blend design, consultative sales and project management. You will work closely with customers to translate ideas into practical, beautiful kitchen designs and manage projects from initial consultation to installation.

The role requires proven kitchen design experience and the ability to create accurate 2D and 3D designs using CAD software, with strong communication to present designs in showroom and on-site.

Qualifications

• Essential kitchen design experience
• Proficiency with CAD tools (Articad/Easyquote preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Customer-facing sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet customers to understand requirements and design preferences.
• Create accurate 2D and 3D kitchen designs using CAD software.
• Provide accurate quotations and present designs in showroom and on-site.
• Build and maintain a strong customer network and work with sales to hit targets.
• Manage projects through to completion, monitoring timescales and budgets.
• Stay up-to-date with kitchen design trends, products and training.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the process.
