Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a UK-based technology consultancy on hybrid, permanent basis. The role focuses on delivering full-stack solutions using Java, TypeScript/JavaScript and React, within Agile delivery teams working for central government and high-profile clients.

The successful candidate will own significant portions of the software lifecycle, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders while applying best

Qualifications

Strong commercial experience with Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, React.
Experience in AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
Proficient in Agile software development practices.
Experience building modern CI/CD pipelines, especially GitLab.

Responsibilities

Full-stack development using Java and TypeScript/JavaScript with React.
Designing, developing and testing high-quality software.
Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
Working with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Contributing across the full software lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
Collaborating with customers and technical stakeholders.
Taking technical leadership where appropriate.
