Qualifications
- Extensive background as a Software Engineer with production systems ownership.
- Strong Java or equivalent backend experience.
- Fluent in test-driven development and pair programming.
- Experience designing, building, deploying and supporting features in production.
- Interest in automating coding tasks using AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal tooling that embeds AI into day-to-day engineering work.
- Contribute to observability of the AI-assisted pipeline.
- Automate manual steps in coding, testing and release processes.
- Split work into releasable pieces and ship continuously.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance to ensure safe AI adoption and governance.
