The Senior Lead Software Engineer will provide technical guidance, drive architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality production code across multiple technologies in a fast-paced, diverse, global context.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience in Java.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Terraform based deliveries.
• Hands-on experience designing and building scalable applications using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience leading enterprise‑authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ensuring correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical guidance to business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Drives adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operations.

• Acts as a function-wide subject matter expert in focus areas.
