Job summary

Infotel UK Consulting is seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant to lead end-to-end design, implementation, and integration of enterprise cloud infrastructure and ServiceNow environments.

You will bridge cloud automation with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules, ensuring scalable provisioning, robust MID Server architecture, and API integrations. The role requires CIS/CSA certification and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) for ServiceNow.
• Proven skills provisioning cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP using IaC.
• Technical proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on scripting with JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure environments using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Architect scalable compute, storage, and networking across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and cloud resource provisioning workflows.
• Ensure infrastructure meets security baseline standards, compliance policies, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM platforms.
