Job summary

Infotel is seeking an experienced ITSM/Cloud Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end design, implementation, and integration of enterprise cloud infrastructure and ServiceNow environments. You will bridge cloud automation with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules, ensuring scalable provisioning, robust MID Server architecture, and secure API integrations.

The role covers design of multi-cloud environments, ServiceNow configuration, and development of custom workflows and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure environments using IaC tools.
• Architect scalable compute, storage, and networking across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines and cloud resource provisioning workflows.
• Ensure infrastructure meets security baselines and compliance.
