Job summary

Infotel UK Consulting seeks an experienced ITSM Consultant to lead end-to-end cloud infrastructure design and ServiceNow deployments. You will bridge cloud automation with ITSM/ITOM modules, ensuring scalable provisioning, robust MID Server architecture, and seamless API integrations.

You will design and deploy multi-cloud environments using IaC, architect compute/storage/network layers, and automate CI/CD pipelines for cloud resources while ensuring security and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) for ServiceNow.
• Experience provisioning cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP using IaC.
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and IntegrationHub proficiency.
• JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting abilities.
