Job summary

Infotel is seeking an experienced ITSM Consultant / Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end design, implementation, and integration of enterprise cloud and ServiceNow environments in Glasgow. The role combines cloud automation with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, ensuring scalable provisioning, MID Server reliability, and robust API integrations.

You will deploy multi-cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible, design scalable compute/storage, and automate CI/CD pipelines while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or CSA with hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience provisioning multi-cloud environments using IaC tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
• Architect compute, storage, and networking across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate CI/CD and cloud provisioning workflows.
• Configure and tune ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM environments and MID Server setup.
