Job summary

Next Insurance, Inc. is seeking a senior IT program manager to lead multi‑disciplinary projects and drive roadmaps across enterprise applications. You will collaborate with Architecture, Security, and business teams to ensure successful delivery, governance, and risk mitigation in a regulated environment.

You will coordinate change programs, manage cross‑functional stakeholders across time zones, and champion continuous improvement while aligning with business goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of delivering IT and/or digital projects in regulated industries (e.g., Financial Services).
• Experience coordinating complex programs from initiation to handover to operations.
• Strong business analysis skills: requirements, process modelling, documentation.

Responsibilities

• Application Target State Determination & Roadmapping: decide Retain/Replace/Retire with EA and translate into roadmaps.
• Change Management & Transition Planning: develop strategies and transition plans with minimal disruption.
• Stakeholder Engagement, Governance & Cross Functional Collaboration: elicit requirements and drive governance routines for alignment.
• IT Risk Management, Security & Issue Resolution: coordinate risk management, vulnerabilities, and issue mitigation.
• Application Documentation & Compliance Evaluation: assess documentation for regulatory and standards compliance.
• Process Improvement & Solution Design Support: identify improvements and lead or support workstreams.
