Qualifications

• Significant prior experience delivering large, complex transformation initiatives in insurance.
• Understanding of the London Insurance Market is desirable.
• Experience delivering in both agile and waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership and business leads.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects across departments.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with executives and third parties.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust plans to stay aligned with goals.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Mentor project managers and contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
• Foster collaboration with senior stakeholders and project teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams across disciplines.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
