Job summary

FintechOS in the UK is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, customer‑facing transformation initiatives for insurance clients. You will coordinate across customer stakeholders, FintechOS teams, and partners to ensure alignment, governance, and measurable business outcomes throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, risk and budget oversight, and delivering value from platform transformations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Program Management within the insurance industry.
• Proven track record delivering complex customer-facing tech transformations.
• Experience leading multiple projects within a portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Experience with enterprise-scale software implementations and platform transformations.
• Ability to influence executives and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Own planning, governance, and delivery of complex transformation programs.
• Coordinate across projects within a portfolio and align cross-functional teams.
• Establish roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and governance.
• Manage risks, budgets, and resources; maintain program health.
• Drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Support pre-sales delivery planning and opportunity identification.
• Mentor and develop delivery teams.
