Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to drive large-scale transformation programmes across technology and operations, owning end-to-end delivery from initiation to measurable outcomes. You will guide cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, blending PMO disciplines with Agile delivery in a high-visibility role.

The role requires 6–10 years of project management experience in regulated environments, with hands-on Agile practices, strong Excel/PowerPoint reporting, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of project management experience in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes with measurable outcomes across financial and operational metrics.
• Hands-on Agile and Scrum delivery with ability to guide teams and act as Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale transformation projects with accountability for scope, budget, timelines and outcomes.
• Define project scope with technology, operations and business teams, translating needs into executable plans.
• Apply Agile/Scrum to manage iterative delivery, facilitate sprints and backlog management.
• Produce executive-level status reports, risk logs and milestone updates for senior stakeholders and clients.
• Identify risks and issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve blockers transparently.
• Coach teams on task decomposition, dependency management and lessons-learned.
